We build using traditional house building materials (wooden framing) mostly on a steel road registered trailer (6T for 10.5m*3m). We have been building for 5 years and have built tiny homes to comply with code of compliance and building consents but specialise more in THOW in order to keep our sale price modest. We provide gas and electrical certs.
