We specialise in designing and building elegant tiny homes on wheels from our factory in Millwater, Auckland. With more than 20 years’ experience in the engineering and design industry, we have a passion for perfection and the highest quality of craftsmanship. We pride ourselves in building to the highest standards using the latest techniques.

About our builds

At Cocoon Tiny Homes we are very passionate about creating beautiful high end tiny homes on wheels and that is where our homes stand out as not just a tiny home, but a beautifully finished home that will stand the test of time. Every product we build with is tried and tested and well known in the building industry and the way we construct our homes is just like a residential build - from the exterior cladding and fully insulated floors, walls and ceiling and double glazed joinery to the stunning high end interiors of our homes, nothing is kitset!! We have a dedicated cabinet maker who creates all of our stunning kitchens, stairways and storage. Our trailers are the top of the market and are manufactured in NZ. You can customise any aspect of your home by changing window sizes or doors, a feature of our business we are proud to offer so your home will be unique to you! We have a full in-house custom design service and every one of our homes featured on our website has been designed and built by us. If one of our designs on our website doesn't suit your requirements, at any time we can take you through our new designs by 3D before they are built. Every step of your tiny home journey with us will be an enjoyable one. We pride ourselves in the great amount of attention to detail we put into each and every one of our builds.
