We build portable tiny homes and cabins from spec builds to full custom builds, all built on a solid chassis fabricated in our workshop in Rotorua, with treated timber flooring & framed and fully insulated including underfloor. With modern designs and colours. We offer Deceptively Spacious Living!

About our builds

All our units are built to order in our workshop in Rotorua and can be delivered across the North Island. You can choose one of our plans or work with us to design your own unit. We specialise in custom building your cabin or tiny home to suit your needs. All units are built on a galvanised steel trailer that is designed and fabricated in our workshop. All units have as standard: treated timber framing, Expol black underfloor insulation, Earthwool insulation in the walls and ceiling, H3.2 tongue and groove ply flooring, double glazed windows and doors, carpet with underlay and/or vinyl floor coverings, RCD power protection, 16amp or 32amp power connection, interior LED downlights, multiple double power points, electrical compliance certificate and an Ewof, gable or mono pitched roof, colour steel roofing and flashings, clad in textured or grooved shadow clad or alpine cladding, Marley guttering, exterior LED Lights. On units with a kitchen and/or bathroom a 16L gas califont is fitted with a gas certificate supplied, all showers have a shower dome installed and all bathrooms have an extractor fan, you can choose electric or gas cooking with a externally extracted range hood fitted as standard. Pick all your colours. Some extras you can add are a heat pump or fireplace, change your toilet to an incinerating, cassette or composting toilet, add in a dishwasher or dish drawer, upgrade the kitchen with a pull-out pantry or maybe an oven tower, and many other options. Our aim is to deliver quality builds at the most competitive price!
